For months, the Shelter Cove Resort Improvement District (RID) leadership has been involved in a documented campaign of retaliation against a constituent who dared to question their emergency response performance. From the fabrication of “official” public safety alerts to the recent, suspicious purging of all historical Board meeting minutes from their official website, the RID is proving they have plenty to hide.
The Frendozer Project has been conducting a deep-dive audit into the RID’s administrative conduct. We have secured the internal admissions of malice, documented the procedural fraud, and established a mirror of the public records they attempted to erase.
The District leadership wants you to move on and forget the facts. We are here to ensure that every internal email, deleted agenda, and retaliatory act is preserved for the public and the federal courts to see.
The audit is nearly complete, the evidence is being preserved, and the litigation is pending. The Shelter Cove RID cannot escape the nauseating depth of liability that their actions continue to deepen.
